Put two tables in the area where people enter the auditorium. Put one table on the stage for certificates and awards. Keep the curtain drawn because the drama students are building sets. Put the podium with a microphone in front of the curtains and in the middle with a table to the right of the podium. Put 14 chairs on one of the steps.
